After Installing and Activating Licensed I attempted to import the Data xml file I received all these errors

Have imported all data. Pls check.

Pls ignore the templatera part since you don’t have the templatera plugin installed. Everything else including the missing media was imported.

1.) In Admin on left side instead of portfolio can it say Programs, that way our staff knows what it is.

We also dont want the urls to like this

Instead of portfolio it should say PROGRAMS

Solution: This is not really something written by us or controlled by our plugin. There are two parts to this –

a) Using translation function to change the name of the admin side menu from Portfolio to Programs. Again this is controlled by your theme and depends on how they have implemented. You can contact theme support on this if you have trouble.
b) Changing the URL is something again controlled by your theme which implements the portfolio custom post type. You will need to change the slug used when defining the custom post type portfolio. Pls contact the theme author.

2.) On our main programs page — https://hoopslifecares.org/programs/
where the plugin is displaying the categories why is it displaying everything? We only want it to display the Main Items such as — TRAINING — LEAGUES — HOOPS CAMPS — COLLEGIATE ADULT

Now when you click on those individually it does display the subcategories properly (I think)

Solution: If you do not want everything to be displayed, you can control it either using CSS (essentially hide the unwanted ones using display none) or choose the specific categories in the grid configuration when you specify queries. Do let me know if you need further help with this.

3.) When you click on [Read more} there is an error. a pop up comes up with an X in it. Also how is the Read More text changed text and color. I thought it was supposed to match the theme?

Solution: Regarding the error, pls deactivate all plugins and see if the error goes away. If it stays, the theme is trying to intercept the clicks in the page and trying to do something. You will have to contact the theme author on this. We just populate the link and do not have anything in there which handles the read more link click.

We can help you with changing color to whatever you desire. You just have to use a simple custom CSS like this –

4.) Now on the main navigation I created the Link PROGRAMS I have sub menu items that go to those portfolio posts and they are there. Just as indicated in 3 above doesnt work.

Solution: Pls contact theme support on this since we don’t control this.

5) What is Templatera. never saw that mentioned anywhere as something needed.
