Custom post snippets – staff

Please could you help me make a couple of edits to the staff post snippets on this page? It’s similar to what you’ve already done for me on the actual staff page. I plan to create more pages like this, using different staff post snippets for years 2, 3, 4, etc.

1) I want to disable the hover-effect on them completely, so that nothing happens when you hover, and you can’t click on them.

2) I also want to control the order that the posts display. I tried moving the IDs around in the code below but that doesn’t work.

Great thanks. Do you know how I can control the order that those posts display though?

You should be able to add a a parameter named enable_sorting=true to the above shortcode and then you will be able to sort the items using Post Type Reorder plugin.
