Custom changes (translations)

Hi,
I’ve been making several changes in header-title-area.php to facilitate a portuguese website.
Most of them have been translations, such as the header of the event pages, the contact-us and timings texts in the header pop-down.
I guess there must be a better way to do this, because I’d have to do this every time I update FitPro.
Can you help me with this?
I am using Visual Composer.
