Creating multiple portfolio

Is it possible to create multiple portfolios? For example I would like there to be a drop down menu, where the user can select from:
Portfolio
<Production
<Writing
<Editing

Where production has its own portfolio files to pull from, and same with writing and editing.

Right now there can only be one portfolio that any of the portfolio pages gets its content from.

(Also I created a separate support forum relating to the same thing, but in a different manner, this is incase one of these options is unavailable.)
