Not sure whether it is a plugin. You have this css –

body.nks_sidebar_push.nks_webkit > * * {
    background-attachment: scroll !important; 
}

in a file named nks-custom.css which is causing this issue.

That is right sidebar(slider) contact form plugin. I have removed “!important” and both things seem to work good.
