    Hi,

    I have the AppDev theme.

    Could anyone tell me (or point me at some doc) how to add / remove entries to the Contact Form?

    Pls have a look at the documentation for the [contact_form] shortcode. You can also use plugins like Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms if you need to customize the form. The theme is compatible with these plugins.
