I checked your installation and contact form 7 configuration too. Everything looks good and emails are indeed being sent as verified by me using the Check Email plugin.
Are you still having this issue? I did send a test message from the contact form to admin@whowe.com. Did you receive the same?
Can you pls check with the hosting provider once to check if there has been some type of filtering being done and whether the emails are seen in the server logs or not.
