Contact Form Send The Message Button

Dear Support,

Have tried to click on Send The Message Button in the Contact Form but it doesn’t return any messages acknowledging that the form has been sent.

Example upon clicking the button, there would be a message “Email sent”

Could you kindly advise and assist on this?

Also, is there a way to add in capcha to prevent bots?

1. Have you set the mail_to parameter value properly?

Can you check if the following plugin is able to send you emails?

https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

If that does not work, pls contact your hosting. If that does work and contact form is not able to send you emails, then it is more of a configuration issue and pls get back to us on the same with a temp login to your site.

2. To prevent spam bots you pls include human_check parameter in the shortcode.

Tested the check-email plugin and it works.

However, contact form is still not able to send me emails.

How can I send my temp username and password over to you securely?

You can send it as a private reply here. You should be able to see a Set as private reply box when you reply.

Can you pls check whether the theme contact form is working for you or not?

[contact-form-7 id="5548" title="Invent Theme Contact Form"]

And also you need to fill correct details(mail to address etc) in contact > contactforms > Invent Theme Contact Form edit page.

Actually i am not able to test the contactform , whenever i am trying to do something suddenly the connection to your site is getting disconnected.

Can you pls check if the following post helps. I did a quick check on Google for the above error message on Contact Form 7 and looks like quite a few people have reported this issue –

Managed to find solution by using a combination of:

1. Installing and setting plugin “Easy WP SMTP” correctly.

2. Added own email address with the same domain name under “To” in Contact Form 7.
