Configuring Email on BlueHost and Favicon

I have 2 questions, they are simple I think, but I have no idea how to do them:

1) I am using bluehost as my server,, but whenever an automatic email is sent from my website, it is sent from an automatic email from bluehost, and not the one i assign on wordpress, do you have an idea where I can change that?

2) how can I customize the tab icon? And the icon that comes before the address in the address bar of the website?
