Hi,
The order of the sections on my home page has changed and is not following what we’re setting on the “Chosen Page Sections” box. I’ve experimented switching them around and it’s very inconsistent behavior.
Please advise ASAP, as our institutional home page has become incorrect.
I’ve added an editor user for you at our site:
user name: invent
password: oR^Cu5ZCKmxcbDVlWmmOh8MEthanks in advance,
RonnieMarch 3, 2017 at 11:27 am #25909VeenaModeratorI see the issue and i am seeing some script errors in the chrome dev tools console.
Pls update your theme to latest version currently you are using very old version theme. Hope everything ll get resolved after theme updation.
March 3, 2017 at 3:39 pm #25916rpaskinParticipantThanks,
Are there instructions for the upgrade process?
I’ve redownloaded the files from envato, is that the right way to get it? How do I check the version?
thanks
March 3, 2017 at 3:41 pm #25917rpaskinParticipantI see in the documentation html for the version I downloaded:
Author: LiveMesh
Contact: Profile Page
Author URL: ThemeForest Profile
Item URL: Theme Demo
Current Version: 3.0
Documentation Version 1.2.0
Created: 2014-10-24
Modified: 2016-02-16Is that correct?
Also, is there a way to keep the old invent theme and use the new one as a separate theme just in case, during a migration process?
March 3, 2017 at 5:30 pm #25918rpaskinParticipantI went ahead and renamed the old directory, and uploaded the updated theme.
Still the same issue. Can you please verify again?
thanks!
March 4, 2017 at 4:28 am #25922VeenaModeratorStill you are using old version.
Can you pls provide admin rights so that i can try update theme. (pls take a backup of old theme folder if you have made any changes in the themefiles )March 4, 2017 at 5:01 pm #25933rpaskinParticipantThank you very much for checking. I’ve made your user an admin.

March 6, 2017 at 8:30 am #25940VeenaModeratorWhile checking in Appearance > themes you have latest version theme installed but when i am checking this in dev tools its still showing old version theme and the same console errors..
We are looking in to this now and will get back to you shortly on this.
Thanks for your patience.
March 6, 2017 at 4:50 pm #25956rpaskinParticipantThank you
March 7, 2017 at 2:09 pm #25970RaghavendraModeratorI checked your page with slider disabled, enabled and a different slider chosen(since we have some strange character that has crept into the rev slider which is causing a console error) but the order seems correct as per your drag and drop order. I changed the order as well and things change on the frontpage.
Is this issue resolved now? Can you pls check?
I unchecked the option ‘Auto Sort’ in http://www.ort.org.br/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cpto-options. That may have made a difference. Pls verify.
