Chrome 1 page website issue

Hi,

I have a one-page website and when I click on the menu buttons in Chrome it reloads the entire website instead of scrolling down the page. When I open my website in Internet Explore it scrolls down the page without reloading everything. How do I fix this so it is like Internet Explorer? Here is the website URL

I don’t see any issue. Single page site is working perfect. I am using chrome Version 63.0.3239.84
