Changing header navigation on home page

I’m using http://RunPee.net as a temporary staging while I figure out this theme.

* I can edit the header navigation on the home page but I can’t get it to just use the navigation that all the other pages use.

* Where do I change the number of testimonials that are rotated through? I have 4 but it only rotates through the first 3.

* How do I get the blog’s tagline to show up on all pages?

Hi! For the menu, you’ll need to set it in Appearance>Menu you’ll need to set the Menu for the whole site, not just for the Home Page.

Which is the shortcode you’re using to generate the testimonials? The one I’m seeing in the webpage is neither sliding nor rotating.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you wish to accomplish?
