    How do I change the background image on the testimonials slider (or the Blockquote)?

    You can use the below custom CSS in themeoptions –

    .testimonials-slider-container {
    background: url(https://www.livemeshthemes.com/fusion/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2015/03/bg-page-header2.jpg);
}
