Change dimension featured image page/post

Hi,
Now the featured image in post/page is cropped, can I change it to full widht and height without crop?

Can you try the option “Retain Image Height” under Blog tab in theme options and see if that meets your need. The image will not be cropped in single portfolio pages if you enable this option.

In page teams, after last update, avatars are too big, can I edit avatars dimensions like before upgrading?

in admin page I just crop image to 160x160px…
