Can't insert custom color code

As you can see in the attached image (01.png), isn’t possible to insert custom color hex code.
Why?
How can I solve it?

On your documentation, is possible, like you can see on 02.png.

Actual skincolor setting is like in the attachment, not sure why it is showing as in 01.png

Can you pls disable all plugins and see if that makes any change ?

Hi,

I see the same problem.
Few days ago I was able to set custom color. No I can just use area to pick the color.
There is no box to place custom color number at all.

As recommended above I deactivated all plugins but it didn’t help.

In am using latest version theme and i don’t see any such issue.
Which version of theme you are using? Latest version is 4.8.

Update :
Looks like they changed a few things with color picker in 4.9 version.
So we need to make a small correction on one of the admin css files.
We ll issue a theme update which address this issue.

I bought the theme today and have the same issue. Is there a workaround? Is there an update available?

Pls add the below CSS in framework/option-tree/assets/css/ot-admin.css file

.hide-color-picker {
display: block;
}

This will enable the color picker .

We will release a themeupdate to address this .

I can see the hex color number now when I pick a coller, but i cannot enter a number. The field then becomes orange and the number is not saved. Any suggestions?
