Hello,
I purchased the Site Origins widgets bundle and when I go to activate them, I cannot access my Pages themselves to edit. It goes to a blank white screen. What am I doing wrong? This is very frustrating.
March 1, 2018 at 6:11 am #29451RaghavendraModeratorPls ensure you have at least PHP 5.6 installed. If that does not help, pls post a temp login here and we will take a quick look. Thanks
March 1, 2018 at 6:13 am #29452RaghavendraModeratorYou can check the version of PHP installed in the Livemesh Widgets -> Debugging tab in WordPress admin.

March 1, 2018 at 2:59 pm #29459Steve GovernParticipantDo you mean access to the back office?
March 2, 2018 at 5:14 am #29460RaghavendraModeratoryes if possible – not sure that is possible if you have installed in intranet.
March 7, 2018 at 1:15 pm #29501Steve GovernParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.March 9, 2018 at 6:04 am #29510VeenaModeratorI have checked your site and i am able to edit and view pages . Everything works perfect.
Are you still have this issue?
March 9, 2018 at 8:16 pm #29517Steve GovernParticipantThe problem occurs when I activate all the Site Origin widgets and then go to a page to try to edit and then it comes to a blank screen. When they are deactivated, I can access pages just fine.
March 12, 2018 at 5:41 am #29518VeenaModeratorNow i see the issue.. I have deactivated five widgets and activated the rest and now able to edit and view the pages.
Pls give us a couple of days time to check and fix the issue with these .
Thanks for your patience.
March 12, 2018 at 11:52 am #29522RaghavendraModeratorI see that you have a plugin named SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle for Create which seems to be cause of the error. I unintstalled the same and installed the original version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle from WordPress repository and things are looking better now.
March 12, 2018 at 11:54 am #29523RaghavendraModeratorPls contact your theme provider regarding this unofficial modified version of widgets bundle plugin – it is also breaking the backend of certain widgets. We cannot even configure our grid widgets with their version installed.
March 13, 2018 at 12:35 pm #29524Steve GovernParticipantI updated the theme to the latest version and that seems to work. I will let you know if I have problems in the future. Thanks for the help.
March 13, 2018 at 5:24 pm #29527RaghavendraModeratorGlad things look better with the recent versions of the theme.
