Cannot remove "second banner"

Upon installing Peak today, I noticed a top banner and one below it. Both say the name of my nonprofit organization. I need to remove one or the other and appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide. I am also providing an image. I have marked out the lower banner of the two; however, if the upper one is the culprit, removing that one is fine by me. 🙂

In the page edit window you can find the option to disable the title header – Advanced entry options – “Remove title Header” .
