Can the menu alway stay in mobile view?

Hi there,the navigation bar is always present in desktop view, but on mobile, the menu button appears on-load, but gets scrolled up together with the content. I was wondering if there’s a way to make the menu always stay at the top left for the mobile version? Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Pls try the following Custom CSS in themeoptions-

#mobile-menu-toggle {
position: fixed;
}
