    1. How can I make button short codes open in a new window? target=”_blank” didn’t work.

    It should work.Pls use the button shortcode like below

    [button id="purchase-button" style="padding: 10px 20px;" color="green" type="rounded" size="large" href="http://targeturl.com" align="left" target="_blank"]Green Button[/button]

    Pls go through the button shortcodes in theme documentation.
