    Any changes you made in Custom CSS tab in theme options will not get affected when you upgrade. Anyway, it is always safe to have a backup.

    If you made any changes in custom/custom.css file, they can get overridden. Hope this helps.

    No need to reload images and logo if you update. Any update you perform will override the stylesheets to default styles. Only Custom CSS you specify in the theme options will stay.
