    I have an issue with the “sticky” menu. Does not always work properly.

    Kindly set default links to the menu’s ” NEWS SCOPRI.. TRAINING GARE CHI SIAMO”.Then you will be free from further issues.
    Link is mandatory otherwise it will create series of problems.

    But i haven’t need a link in those positions.

    WordPress Menu does not allow one to add a menu item without the link. You can only hack the menu after insertion/save to empty the link. Why would you want to risk breaking theme and potentially other plugins too by doing this? Can you try entering at least # symbol as link?
