Box align problems

Got my site live finally on http://www.ianbrookesphotography.co.uk but I’m having alignment problems with the column shortcodes.

If you go to my about page and scroll down you can see its always the last box/column thats jumped down. And the time it seemed to sort itself out the whole of the testimonials box went crazy and doubled in size heightwise.

Can you have a look at this for me?

I have also been trying to work out how to create 3 post photo snippets that only shows from one category. Every time I try it it just seems to post the most recent, any ideas?

The column shortcode had space which was causing issues. Should be corrected now. Also I created a test page (a page named Test in draft status) for the portfolio category selection. Here is how the shortcode looks –

[show_post_snippets number_of_columns=3 post_count=6 image_size='large' show_meta='false' terms="weddings,inspiration" taxonamy="portfolio_category" post_type="portfolio"]
