Blog title

hi,
can you suggest how i can change the default title that shows up in the title area of blog posts. for the main blog page, i edited the custom heading content – and i could do that for every individual blog post, however i would prefer if i could edit the default. currently all posts simply show “Blog” in the title, but i would prefer it to be specific to my site, e.g. “ARC Voices”. i’ve searched through some templates and other php files but can’t find where to edit this. thank you.
