Blog Page Title Incorrect

For some reason the Blog page title is showing the name of my site + home instead of ‘Blog’ in the breadcrumbs area. I have it set to be the Posts page in WordPress and have tried messing with all of the theme settings but still no luck changing the text. What is going on here? Am I missing something??

Can you pls check if you have set this as the blog home page in Settings->Reading tab. Make sure that you leave that blank and only choose one of the home pages as seen below
