Best way to add WPML language selector to header?

Wich is te best way to add the WPML language selector widget to the header?
So it’s accesible in the header for the whole site and make it persistent event after a future update of the enigmatic theme.

Hi,

Once you install WPML plugin, choose the “Languages” from the WPML tab on the dashboard. Go to “language switcher options” and choose “Primary Menu” as the location for your language switcher widget to appear. Here is a screenshot
