Background Image

Hello,

I am not able to upload the background image (enticing-home-hotPink.psd) through the media uploader, ftp, or using the “Add From Server” plugin. I keep getting the message “sorry this file type is not permitted for security reasons”. I have changed file permissions. What am I doing wrong?

After looking at it more closely I realize that the enticing-home-hotPink.psd is not a background image.

Where are the background images that are shown on the live site preview?

Hi,
Some of the background images are stock images and we are not permitted to share it with others. But if you are interested in any of the specific image, we will send you that through email(if we have the license permission). If you can send a screenshot of which background image you want, we will email it.
Besides the psd file is a photoshop file and not an image file.

The background image I’m referring to is the one with purple/pink/orange shades and polka dots.

If you don’t have a license for it, could you tell me the name and seller?

I will send a screenshot.

I’ve used your forum as you requested and sent a message through the Themeforest contact form and I still haven’t had an answer in  5 days.

I apologize for the trouble. This should have been resolved quickly. The team member who can help you with this has been traveling all this week and past weekend and he will be away till next 24 hours and hence pls expect a reply in about a day’s time.
