Austin Theme Install!

Hello,

I’ve used Austin theme before on a client site successfully.

I’ve purchased a second license for a new client site but it won’t install. I’m attempting to upload the austin.zip file as per instructions.

I am getting a message that says ‘Are you sure you want to do this? and then a link saying ‘Please try again’ which takes you back to the Themes page. I’ve attached an image of this.

Why is this happening and how do I get around it?

Thanks for the purchase.

This is a server related issue ,your web server is configured with PHP settings that are too low to allow the theme ZIP file to upload.
You should talk to your hosting provider to ensure the following requirements for any premium theme –

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

max_execution_time 60
memory_limit 128M
post_max_size 48M
upload_max_filesize 48M
