Hello,
On the following website, the app screenshots are not showing up in Firefox Android. Please see the first attached screenshot which shows only a blank screen.
In the second attached screenshot, on Safari mobile, please see how the app screenshots appear (they should take up the entire screen, but are scaled incorrectly).

The app screenshots on Safari Mobile looks perfect on my iPhone. No cropping seen as reported by you. Not sure about the Android though. Which version of Android is this and the version of the Firefox pls.

This happened with Android 4.4.4 in Firefox 34, and now also in Android 5.0.1 in Firefox 34.0.1.

Looks like the issue is specific to your site. As suggested in the other thread, can you pls disable all plugins and check once if that resolves the issue. There is at least one error related to “Woocommerce gateway Amazon payments Advanced” plugin seen on your site. A temp login to your site will help us debug this if this does not resolve the issue.
