Anchor starts halfway down

I have created a FAQ page with one main index. I have added an anchor to each FAQ on the title FAQ. When I do this however it links too low and it starts halfway down in the FAQ explanation.
How do I link the anchors to the title FAQ so that the links start at the top of each FAQ?

You will need to use a padding-top of few pixels(equal of that occupied by sticky menu) on each of the faq items appropriately to help navigate to the item.
