Admin Bar for authors

Hi, I have 3 questions:

A) How can we manage to show the admin bar to non-admins, too? If they have checked the box in their profile page. It isn’t shown on the website.

B) Or, how is it possible for specified authors, to edit their content while reading? (Without searching the post in the dashboard.)

C) How can I delete the admin bar links to events and invent for non-admins?
