Adding phone number in header area

Hi,
I added the phone number to the header area using social media widget and positioned it correctly using

code. Works just fine except in mobile. The code I added overwrites the logo in mobile responsive and without the code it leaves too much space below to the menu.

How can I position the phone number to the right across from the logo so it will not overwrite the logo in mobile devices? If I can’t use the code to position, how can I adjust the spacing under the logo in the header area?

I don’t see any overlapping of logo and phone number.
And the phone number is already right aligned.

Anyways you can try the below custom CSS and see if it helps –

#sidebar-header .textwidget h4 {
    font-size: 12px;
    margin-top: 5px;
}
