Adding hover effects to buttons

I have a button on the homepage of my website, http://www.emergetech.com. How can I add hover effects to it, such as the effect in the agile preview website?

I am a little confused. The options in that link are not available to me. In fact, that looks like a completely different slider plugin than the one I am currently using. Is my plugin out of date? There does not seem to be an update available for me in WordPress. I am still using the revolution slider I purchased with this theme.

You can download latest version theme from themeforest and you can find latest version rev slider in the framework/plugins folder.
