Add Section to Single Page on AppDev

Hi,

I went to add a section to the homepage. I created the section, went to theme options and checked that I wanted it to show up. Then went to the menu and created the link.

I could not get the section to show on the home page. I have deleted everything out.

Are there any common issues others have had?

Any help will be appreciated.
