Accordion not opening tabs

I’ve recently noticed that in our FAQ page:

The accordion is not opening. In the backend it all seems correct. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Pls download latest version theme from themeforest and update theme .

We’ve updated the theme in our beta sandbox for the site and the accordions still don’t open. Any ideas? See:

The cached pages are being served in beta sandbox with the files that belong to the older version of the theme raising JS errors. Pls rebuild your cache, refresh your browser and retry and issue should get resolved.
