There was a javascript error because of the twitter widget that you had put in the footer. You will have to use the other widget that we have bundled with he theme. Please see the knowledge base for further info.
I have changed the button color and portfolio item hover color for you and you can see the code in the custom css of the theme options. I hope that solves your issues.
