I saw your site on IE 8. As you say the logo is not loading in IE8. But I see few Javascript errors on your site because of a plugin “DBToolkit”. I would like to test your site by disabling some of the plugins you have loaded. Besides, the social icons issue that you have mentioned is arising from a third party plugin you are using. Please use the social sharing feature built into the theme.
