The page section is supposed to be used only as part of a larger single page template. They do not exist on their own and viewing them is only for development purposes. Home and Home 2 pages are sample pages using the page sections. Again, the first section of the documentation explains all this in more details with screenshots.
I have fixed your menu with the right URL so that you do not navigate to the page sections. They should not get linked from the menu directly and are not considered public.
