Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. It looks like you have not loaded the sample data provided with the theme. This will replicate the demo site completely. If you have not loaded the sample data, I strongly recommend that you import the sample data to replicate the demo site. Here is the link to the videos which provides information on the same –
Once you load the sample data, you can start a new page or modify an existing page to achieve the desired layout for your site.
