I tried all the URLs for the RSS feed and every url I tried had the latest post and hence the feed seems to be updating fine. All the below URLs are reporting fine –

http://managingthemist.com/feed/rdf/
http://managingthemist.com/feed/atom/

Can you give a little more detail on this? May be the article linked below can help debug the issue.
