For changing the font of the menu, pls insert the following CSS into Custom CSS tab in the Theme Options panel or the /custom/custom.css file –

#primary-menu > ul.menu > li > a {
font-family: 'Miso';
}

Looks like you inserted only the tracking id, not the script. Pls insert the complete script as seen below in your analytics account –
