Hi, when I try to access our mobile site, http://www.salonpos.net the error message site cannot be found is returned.
I created a separate folder (/v6) for this site, which the index page redirects the viewer to. Please help as many of our viewers use their mobile phones!
Thank you.

April 4, 2014 at 4:51 am #5669RaghavendraModeratorSorry – I have not had much experience with creating a separate mobile site but hopefully the following helps –
BTW, any particular reason why you are not utilising the responsiveness of our theme for mobile site?
April 4, 2014 at 1:09 pm #5674salonposMemberHi, I’m not trying to make a mobile site. I’m trying to utilize the responsiveness of your theme, but do not know how to. I uploaded your theme, however whenever I try to access my website via my phone, I get an error message, mobile site not found. What should I do to utilize the responsiveness of the theme?
April 5, 2014 at 5:55 am #5700RaghavendraModeratorCan you post a temp login to your site here as a private message? Also, before you do that can you disable all plugins, delete the theme and reupload the theme and see if the problem gets resolved. I am guessing some plugin is causing this or your .htaccess file is modified to redirect to a mobile site. Accessing the responsive site should be same as accessing the site on desktop. There should be no difference whatsoever and no separate setup required.
April 18, 2014 at 1:04 pm #6071salonposMemberHey, I can’t delete the theme because I made a few alterations. Maybe that’s why it’s not working? But, not sure. I created a username and pw.
Please lmk if there is anything else I need to do. Thank you very much!
