I’m having trouble with the customisation and layout changes for the theme.

This is a very basic question, with probably basic general understanding required.

I have a feeling I may have missed some of the instructions on customisation in my App Dev theme download, but I’m not sure as I can’t seem to find the file.

Is there any UI that allows for the theme customisation to be more streamlined / simpler?
