Scroll down doesn't work in chrom

Ok, this is really weird!
When I load any page of Agile theme I can not scroll down, but I can scroll up.
Even the arrow down doesn’t scroll the page.
I can scroll using the sidebar or by clicking on the menu items.

I do not get errors in chrome console.

And this problem is only in chrome, while IE and Firefox works like magic.

Please help!

I tested it in localhost, so in order to allow you to access it I placed it on one of my domains.
And of course that in this installation suddenly scroll down works smoothly .. 🙂

b.t.w. I found lot’s of material about scroll down issue in some chrome versions, so apparently I was not alone and I hope that in commercial it won’t appear again..

so no action for you for now.
