Portfolio snippets loading incorrectly

Hi,

Our site seems to have a little issue with loading snippets. Below two screens, one is correct and one is incorrect. Would anyone know what the issue could be? Refreshing a page does not fix the issue. However, navigating to another page and back to the first one does solve the problem (temporarily).

Any ideas?

I checked your site and there is a JS error in the console. You must upgrade to the latest version of theme released couple of weeks back when WP 4.5 version was released.
